One is a character first appearing in pop'n music Sunny Park. He's a humanoid dog who joined Kivy's band, oni tai Z, after Kivy gave him millet dumplings from his confectionery shop. He's the bassist, and plays on his signature bone-shaped guitar. He initially appeared in Kivy's Win animation in pop'n music 18 せんごく列伝, though he wasn't named yet.

One has light brown and spiky hair and pointed dog ears, with two black piercings in his left ear. He wears gray and brown makeup, a dark gray outfit with black boots, black and brown wristbands, a necklace, and a brown sash with a bone design tied at his waist. He can sometimes be seen with a tail.

One loves the millet dumplings from the "MOMO Japanese confectionery shop", I came across him in the middle of a trip with only a bone guitar,

I was on a trip to gather a visual band with millet rounds. Was is One who decided our band name?
